The Killing Fields
Phnom Penh, Cambodia
A life-altering experience is seeing the horrors man is capable of at the mass burial graves of the Killing Fields and the S21 death camp at Tuol Sleng. You literally walk on the bones and tattered clothes of the victims of the Khmer Rouge. Thousands of skulls from the burial graves are contained in a large stupa mausoleum to honor the victims and show this atrocity.
